User Groups

We don't like to categorise people too much, but sometimes it's important that only certain people have access to certain parts of your interactive calender. User Groups are the sets of people who can book your activities. The default setting is Public (or everyone!) You can add or modify a User Group here. For eg. Your facility could cater to members only or to both members and non members. You can specify access and prices for individual activities between these groups when you create booking slots.
